COVID – 19 UPDATE – March 18, 2020
To Our Dearest Clients,
You are not alone. These are indeed difficult times, and it appears this ‘new normal’ may last some time. In an effort to provide enhanced safety for our staff, clients, and community we are adopting new business hours with limitations on occupancy and enhancing disinfecting protocols. We understand the importance of vision and recognize that our clients still need to have eye exams, pick up glasses, find new ones or need repairs on current ones.
Effective March 18th 2020, our new hours will be:
12pm to 5pm Daily
We will be operating by appointment only with a maximum of 2 clients in our stores at any given time to allow for proper social distancing measures.

As you enter the store, we will ask you to wear a new pair of gloves while our staff will also put on a new pair. We’re also fully stocked on all cleaning and disinfecting cleaners and will be fully disinfecting all surfaces and frames that have been touched in between clients.
At this time, we are still accepting appointments for eye exams. These appointments will be a minimum of 30 minutes each with enhanced screening and disinfecting between appointments.
We must also insist that if you have recently traveled or are not feeling well, that you refrain from visiting our stores until you have recovered or waited the recommended 14 days. Should you need your glasses and are not able to come in person, please contact us and we can arrange for delivery by mail or pick up from another person.
We will continue to update and amend our store policies as things change and new federal or provincial measures come into place. Please watch our social media and website for the current updates.
